Netflix prices USD 2 billion bond offering

Netflix has priced bond offerings worth a total of USD 2 billion. Of the whole, USD 1.2 billion worth are 3.875 percent senior notes due 2029 and USD 900 million 5.375 percent senior notes due 2029. The sale is expected to close on 29 April. Proceeds raised will go towards corporate purposes. This may include content acquisitions, production and development, capex, investments, working capital and potential acquisitions and strategic transactions.
