Netflix to arrive in Brazil in September

Online movie rental company Netflix will announce its arrival on the Brazilian market on 5 September, IDG News reports. The official announcement will be made by Reed Hastings, founder and CEO of the company. The company announced earlier this year that its international expansion strategy will continue in Latin America, after Canada became its second market after the US. In late April, Netflix officially opened a subsidiary in Brazil.
