Netflix to carry Norwegian 'Slow TV', including knitting

Streaming video provider Netflix is to carry content from Norwegian broadcaster NRK's 'Slow TV', thenextweb.com reported. It said SlowTVs first broadcast in 2009 was a 7.5 hour long train ride from Bergen to Oslo. This was watched by 2 million people, or roughly 45 percent of Norway's population. Other shows followed, such as 'National Knitting Morning', which features a group of people holding a group discussion for four straight hours, followed by them knitting for 7.5 hours.
