Netflix to start Austrian service on 16 September - report

It appears that Netflix will start up its service in Austria on 16 September, according to newspaper Der Standard on its website. It said the portal is sending out invitations to journalists to a party on the following day. Observers expect that it will hold the celebration once the service is already on air. Der Standard said Netflix is holding an event in Berlin on 16 September. It said the company will also be beginning operations at the same time in Switzerland, France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
