Netgear launches LTE Cat6 mobile hotspot in Europe

Netgear has announced the launch of its AirCard 790 mobile hotspot router in Europe, touted as the first unlocked mobile hotspot to provide Category 6 LTE speeds combined with the latest 802.11ac Wi-Fi. Netgear said the AirCard 790 supports mobile service providers throughout Europe as well as many countries in Southeast Asia, with users simply required to plug in their provider's SIM card to begin using the router. The device comes with a with a 2.4-inch, colour LCD touch screen, up to 11 hours of battery life, as well as a free AirCard app for conveniently managing the device status,
