Netgem's H1 results hit by decline in traditional STB business

Netgem generated revenues of EUR 13.1 million in the first half of the year, down sharply from EUR 23.0 million in H1 2018, as sales within its traditional STB business continued to decline. The company had reported a 40 percent drop in the first quarter, based on EUR 6.6 million worth of revenues. H1 EBITDA contracted to EUR 0.2 million from EUR 2.1 million in the year-earlier period, while the net loss widened to EUR 2.4 million, from a loss of EUR 0.3 million in H1 2018.
