Netia CEO and CTO resign, Cyfrowy Polsat rep Pytel becomes interim CEO

Polish operator Netia has announced changes in its management. On 18 May, Katarzyna Iwuc resigned from her position as CEO and Director General. At the same time, Stefan Radziminski resigned from his position of CTO. Neither of the management board members provided reasons for their resignations

Supervisory board member Wojciech Pytel has been appointed to act as the new CEO for an interim period of three months until 18 August. He joined the board early this year at the recommendation of Cyfrowy Polsat, after the latter took majority control of Netia at the end of last year. Grzegorz Bartler has been appointed as a new member of the supervisory board.

Iwuc served as CEO for less than a year. She took up the position last June, after earlier serving as CFO of Netia for two years. Radziminski joined the management board at the same time as Iwuc became CEO.
