New end-of-contract notifications come into effect in UK

UK regulator Ofcom confirmed that new out-of-contract notification rules will come into effect from 15 February. This means that phone, broadband and pay-TV providers must warn customers when their contracts are ending and what they could save by signing up for a new deal.
