New EU 'Platform to Business' rules to apply from 12 July

The European Commission has published a set of resources to help traders, online platforms and search engines get the most out of the EU's new 'Platform to Business (P2B) rules, which entered into force a year ago and will apply from 12 July. The P2B Regulation requires online platforms, such as search engines, market places, online gaming and gambling suppliers to take additional measures, including reviewing their terms and conditions, establishing a data policy and creating a complaint handling system.
