Nexans to produce fibre for NO-UK submarine line, Xtera provides project planning and installation

Lyse said that the consortium planning the new fibre submarine line linking Norway with the UK has signed an agreement with Xtera for project planning and installation. The cable itself will be manufactuered by Norwegian producer Nexans. The 700 km line is due to become operational before the end of 2021.
