Nextel extends 4G network to Baixada Santista

Brazilian mobile operator Nextel began to make 4G service available to customers in Santos, Sao Vicente, Praia Grande and Guaruja. With the refarming of the 2.1 GHz frequency, used for 3G, 1.5 million customers, including 180,000 subscribers and others who live in the Baixada Santista region, can access 4G speeds.
