Nigerian court fixes new date for MTN USD 8 bln repatriation case

A Nigerian High Court in Lagos has adjourned till 04 December the court hearing for the dispute between MTN Nigeria and the Central Bank of Nigeria over the alleged transfer of USD 8.1 billion out of the country by the telecom company, reports The Daily Post. The court case had earlier been set for 30 October.
