Nigerian govt to enforce 70% local content in radio, TV production

The Nigerian government says it will enforce 70 percent local content in radio and television programmes as part of efforts to reform the broadcast industry, reported CommunicationsWeek. Lai Mohammed, Minister of Information and Culture, said the reforms in the broadcasting sector are pertinent for new innovations and improvements.
