Nimbus seeks approval to take over all of Paratus Namibia

Namibia's Nimbus is seeking approval from shareholders for the implementation of a proposed share swap to give it control of operator Paratus Nambia. The company would then change name from Nimbus Infrastructure to Paratus Namibia Holding.
