Nimbuzz reaches 150 million users

Mobile messaging services provider Nimbuzz said it now has 150 million users worldwide, from 100 million in August 2012 and 50 million in August 2011. Nimbuzz was founded in the Netherlands in 2006. According to ACNielsen, Nimbuzz is a strong competitor for Facebook Messenger in Asia, and especially in India. India has 25 million Nimbuzz users from its 100 million users of mobile internet. The company has put its focus onto India for last few years. Nimbuzz is mainly active in Asia with 78 million users.
