Nkom finalises Telenor margin squeeze test

Norwegian regulator Nkom said it finalised its margin squeeze test for Telenor's broadband access services. Telenor was declared a dominant power in early 2014 on market 5 for broadband services and required to provide access to its fibre services on non-discriminatory terms. As part of the accounting separation requirements imposed on the operator, the regulator drew up a margin squeeze test to make sure Telenor is meeting its obligation of non-discrimination in access terms for alternative operators. The test ensures that wholesale customers of the virtual access service from Telenor can
