NKOM fines companies for not informing it of service loss

Norwegian communications regulator NKOM said it is imposing fines on TeliaSonera, Tele2 Norway and Tele2's Network Norway for failing to inform the watchdog that they had suffered breakdowns in service. Operators have a central duty to notify the regulator of any outage.
