Nkom holds consultation over plans to change spectrum caps

Norwegian communications regulator Nkom said it is running a consultation until 24 May concerning proposals to change the general radio frequency cap from two thirds of the total spectrum. This follows applications from Telia Norway and Ice Communication. The ceiling was set on 08 May 2018.
