Nkom net neutrality report highlights zero-rated music growth, lack of detail on web speeds

Norwegian regulator Nkom says in its annual report on the matter that the state of net neutrality in Norway is relatively good in general. It has concerns, though, about the increasing scope of zero-rating, and about inadequate specification of speeds of internet services offered. The report covers the period from May 2017 until April 2018.
