Nkom opens applications for 450 MHz licence

Norwegian regulator Nkom announced plans to issue a new licence for the 450 MHz band. The current licence held by Ice expires at the end of this year, and the new licence for 2x5 MHz will be valid from 01 January 2020 for 20 years.
