Nkom proposes new rules for early Telenor copper shutdowns

Wednesday 24 November 2021 | 13:04 CET | News
Norwegian communications regulator Nkom is seeking comments by 06 December on proposals to change the regulation of Telenor's wholesale copper access in cases of conditions beyond Telenor's control. An example would be when an organisation starts a construction project that cannot be done without copper lines either being rerouted or removed. Nkom also wants wholesale customers to be more involved in the process and to receive timely and sufficient information.
