Nkom seeks commits on allocating 2300-2400 MHz band for mobile broadband

Monday 2 October 2017 | 14:12 CET | News
Norwegian communications regulator Nkom said it is holding a public consultation concerning the allocation of spectrum in the 2,300 to 2,400 MHz band for which the permits expire on 31 December 2019. Any comments should be submitted by 19 November 2017. This band is primarily reserved for Programme Making and Special Events (PMSE) in Norway but the watchdog is now considering using all or part of it for mobile broadband.
