Nkom suggests direct investment for alternative network

Norwegian communications regulator Nkom said it has submitted its report 'Robust and secure national transport networks – goals and steps to reduce vulnerabilities' to the Department of Transport and Communication. Nkom recommends the state should make direct investments in infrastructure and suggests pooling frequency auction income in a fund to finance network expansion.
