Nkom, UKE sign cooperation agreement

Norwegian electronic communications regulator Nkom said it has signed a cooperation agreement with its Polish counterpart, UKE. This will give Nkom access to UKE's capabilities and experience. Their cooperation will cover e-coms, postal services, promoting business, and removing barriers to operation. Staff exchanges or working groups are possible in future, too.
