NL court to rule soon on ACM, T-Mobile net neutrality case

The Court of Rotterdam will give its ruling on 20 April regarding the lawsuit between Dutch regulator ACM and T-Mobile on net neutrality, zero rating and the operator's Datavrije Muziek (DVM) music service. The statement was made to Telecompaper by both the ACM and T-Mobile. The statement comes one month after the hearing on 23 March.
