NL ICT calls for development of data transition agreement in case of a 'no deal' Brexit

Industry group Netherlands ICT has called on the Dutch data protection regulator AP to produce a transitional arrangement for the movement of personal data between the Netherlands and the UK in the event of a 'no deal Brexit'. The industry association believes major problems could otherwise arise for Dutch organisations that store personal data in centres located in the UK, according to Dutch broadcaster NOS.
