No backdoor to BlackBerry Enterprise Messenger - BlackBerry

Canadian handset maker BlackBerry said it remained confident of its mobile security platform for customers using its integrated device and enterprise server technology, following allegations by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden in the Guardian putting the company's platform security into doubt. BlackBerry told Bloomberg in an e-mailed statement, "There is no 'back door' pipeline to that platform", while refusing to comment on press reports of government surveillance. The Guardian was shown documents stating that UK GCHQ was able to deliver BlackBerry messages to analysts during the 2009 G20
