No plans to merge Telecom Argentina and Cablevision

Mexican financier David Martinez Guzman, now shareholder of Telecom Argentina and Cablevision, has said that there are no agreements regarding any future merger of the two, according to statements in local dailies La Nacion and Perfil. His comments came after regulator Enacom approved Martinez' acquisition of a majority stake in Telecom Argentina while he retains his investment in Cablevision, controlled by Clarin Group.
