No reason to hold KPN, Ziggo back from DTT auction - ACM

Dutch regulator ACM said it has not objection to a DVB-T2 auction where KPN and Ziggo could emerge as winners. After conducting a brief analysis, ACM said that neither would come out with an Economic Market Position (EMP) even if they increase their offering of digital terrestrial TV.The opinion was published in draft form in April. Market reactions have not led to any adjustments.
