Nokia introduces new VR-based 5G test lab

Nokia has revealed details of the patent-pending 5G virtual testing environment it has built in Oulu, Finland, to make 5G deployments faster and more cost-efficient. The company said it has begun working with operators including Telia Finland to simulate massive MIMO (mMIMO) antenna beamforming performance by combining physical testing with a virtual environment.
