Nokia to buy back EUR 150 mln in debt, raises EUR 1 bln in new notes

Nokia announced it will buy back EUR 150 million in notes tendered in a public offer started earlier this month. In total, over EUR 227 million in debt was tendered in the offer. The company also raised another EUR 1 billion in new debt offerings to cover maturities over 2021-22.
