Nokia to supply O-RAN fronthaul for NTT Docomo's 5G network

Nokia has announced that it is ready to supply its O-RAN fronthaul multi-vendor service to Japanese operator NTT Docomo's 5G network, following successful testing. The move is expected to enable Docomo to further select independent combinations of hardware and software for its network in the future.
