Nokia unveils AI-powered analytics software for customer insight

Nokia has announced the upcoming launch of an updated version of its Cognitive Analytics for Customer Insight software, designed to help service providers as well as IT and engineering businesses to deliver a real-time and personalised customer experience. The offering includes Nokia's Customer Experience Index (CEI), which now taps advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms co-developed with Nokia Bell Labs to provide new levels of prediction and automation capabilities, thereby improving the subscriber experience.
