Nordic Entertainment buys remaining 4% of Splay

Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT), which will formally separate from Modern Times Group (MTG) on 01 July, has acquired the remaining 4 percent of the shares in Splay from a company controlled by its CEO and founder for a cash consideration of SEK 8.8 million, and a potential deferred variable consideration based on Splay's performance in the first half year of 2018.
