Nordic monthly media spending reaches EUR 70 in autumn, little changed from before pandemic hit

Thursday 14 January 2021 | 12:11 CET | News
The Covid-19 pandemic has not reduced Nordic consumers' media spending so far, according to Swedish consultancy Mediavision. The average household in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden spent approximately EUR 70 per month on media during autumn 2020, a similar amount to the level early last year before the pandemic began. Of the EUR 70, self-estimated spending among people aged 15 to 74 including VAT was EUR 43 for video, EUR 15 for text services and EUR 11 for audio.
