Norway PT publishes 2015-16 draft frequency management plan

The Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority, PT, has published its draft strategy for frequency management for the period 2015 - 2016. Comments should be submitted by 12 October. Among other things, it said, the document says the national broadband goals and providing the best use for society should be the guiding principles. It also stressed flexibility in granting permits and following the concept of a market economy.
