Norway PT questions wording in EU net neutrality rules

The Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority (PT) said it congratulates Europe on taking step in the right direction regarding protection of net neutrality for users of the internet. The exchange in the Parliament made it clear to everyone that specialised services are essential for the regulation of net neutrality but there are varying views on how the term should be understood. PT said it is important to ensure that such services are separated from internet access services at the network layer, and it questions whether this is this really clear from the current wording "logically
