Norwegian 1800 MHz allocation goes to sealed bids

The Norwegian electronic communication regulator Nkom said that Telenor Norge and TeliaSonera Norge failed to reach an agreement by the 20 January deadline regarding frequencies in the 1,800 MHz band.
