Norwegian govt says mobile must complement fibre on cost grounds to reach universal broadband coverage

Norway's Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation has published a 26-page report that it commissioned from Analysys Mason estimating investment costs and public subsidies needed for different types of broadband. It said the report shows that providing universal fibre would be very expensive, so this would have to be supplemented by mobile lines.
