Norwegian govt seeks comments on broadband expansion plans

The Norwegian government said it aims to reduce the cost of broadband development. It said construction costs make up as much as 80 percent of total expenditure, and that new rules about joint use of existing infrastructure and cooperation in construction and installation could make every krone stretch further.
