Norwegian regulator publishes 5G frequency compass, invites comments

Norwegian communications regulator Nkom has published its "frequency compass" concerning its plans for allocating wavebands for use in mobile communications and 5G services. In particular, it concerns early introduction of 5G. Interested parties are invited to submit comments by 16 September.
