Norwegians are set to benefit from European roaming caps

Norwegians are to benefit from the new European Union caps on international roaming rates, as the EU rules are incorporated in the European Economic Area (EEA) agreement, said Norwegian Transport Minister Ketil Solvik-Olsen. A Royal Decree on the incorporation into the EEA Agreement Regulation on net neutrality and international roaming has been presented to the Norwegian cabinet.
