Nos opposes end to roaming fees

The president of Portuguese telecommunications operator Nos, Miguel Almeida, has criticised the Brussels decision to end roaming fees, reports Diario Economico. He said the Northern European countries' outlandish idea about using its network for free, when its shareholders have paid for it, just to please Brussels, does not make sense. Speaking at a conference organised by Anacom, Almeida added that this proposal would just burden Portuguese consumers.
