Novabase signs liquidity contract with Caixa BI

Portuguese IT company Novabase has signed a liquidity contract with Caixa BI, with the aim of increasing the liquidity of its shares in trading on the Euronext Lisbon market. The contract will be valid for one year and automatically renewable for consecutive periods of three months. The transactions will be limited to a daily net limit of 5,000 shares and to a global net cap of 10,000 shares or EUR 20,000.
