UK-based investment fund Novator, owner of Chilean operator WOM, is looking to launch a Colombian mobile operator in the first half of next year in spite of delays caused by the coronavirus epidemic, reports local daily El Tiempo, citing Novator Colombia CEO Chris Bannister.
