NovoServe establishes 40GE port connection to Asteroid IXP

Infrastructure-as-a-Service hosting provider NovoServe has established a 40GE port connection to the Asteroid Internet Exchange Point (IXP). The move quadruples NovoServe's interconnection capacity at the IXP for its cross-border network backbone in the Netherlands and Germany. NovoServe wants to move to 100GE after its planned IaaS hosting network restructuring in the first quarter and expected bandwidth volume growth this year.
