NPO partners cable operators on new regional news segment

The Dutch cable operators Kabelnoord, CAI Harderwijk and Ziggo are working with the public broadcaster NPO to test a new regional news service from April. The three-month trial will offer viewers a 5-minute local news segment after the national news at 18.00 hours on the NPO 2 channel.
