NTT Com launches Line-based automated chat service using AI

The Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (SMFG) and SMBC Nikko Securities, together with NTT Communications (NTT Com), have jointly developed an automated chat service using artificial intelligence (AI Chatbot) with support from Accenture Japan. The AI Chatbot service will become available on 25 May at SMBC Nikko Securities' Contact Center to enhance its Line-based inquiry service.
