NTT Data picks Beyond.pl for new data centre resources in Europe
NTT Data Business Solutions, a SAP Platinum Partner, and data centre and cloud service provider Beyond.pl have entered into a strategic alliance. The goal of the cooperation is to support companies in Poland with IT infrastructure maintenance services.

Polish govt moves forward with construction of National Data Centre

The Polish Ministry of Digitisation is moving forward with the deployment of a National Data Centre (KCDP), in cooperation with agency NASK. An optical fibre contract was signed with Fibrenet Group and engineering contracts inked with AODC and Linar Projekt.

NTT Data Business Solutions reports record FY sales and EBITA

NTT Data Business Solutions, the Germany-based SAP specialist, announced a new record for its operating profit in the fiscal year to March 2024. Revenues rose 13.3 percent to a record EUR 1.61 billion for the 12 months, and EBITA was up 4.2 percent to EUR 103.4 million.

Poland to start engineering work for new National Data Centre

The Polish Ministry of Digitisation and the Project Centre Digital Poland (CPPC) have signed an agreement which will enable to fund the first part of construction for the National Data Centre. The data centre will be used for public administration needs. With the agreement in place, engineering work will now begin.

Northern Data Group buys data centre sites in UK, US

Ardent Data Centers, part of the Northern Data Group, is investing EUR 110 million into expanding its operations in Europe and the US. The company has signed letters of intent with two data centre sites in the US and is the preferred bidder on a strategic site in the UK. All three acquisitions should complete by the end of the first quarter of next year.

Beyond.pl moves back to net profit in 2022

Revenues at Polish data centre services provider Beyond.pl lifted 22.1 percent from the year before to PLN 52.005 million in 2022, reports Telko.in. Operating costs grew by 20.1 percent to PLN 63.4 million. The EBITDA fell by 3.8 percent to PLN 2.5 million. The net result moved to a positive PLN 21.4 million from a negative 17.1 million.

Polish data centre services provider Beyond.pl has signed a cooperation agreement with Quantum Brilliance. Under the agreement, the parties will work on accelerating the market adoption of quantum computing technology in Central and Eastern Europe.
