NTT Docomo extended tie-up with China Mobile, KT

NTT Docomo has announced that it has extended its business tie-up business tie-up Chinese mobile operator, China Mobile Communications, and South Korean telecom operator, KT, until January 2017. The tie-up originally was established in January 2011. The extension paves the way for the accelerated deployment of international LTE roaming services in China, Japan and Korea, starting with the 2 December launch of KT's data roaming service, which enables KT subscribers to enjoy DOCOMO's high-speed LTE data communication while travelling in Japan. Going forward, Docomo expects to work even more
